Hugging: Not a good idea right now, if she's not the one to initiate physical contact? She'll lock up, jerk away, or reflexively shove whoever it is reaching for her unless she's given plenty of warning. Even then she'll probably say no.
Kissing: Same as the above, with harder shoving, swearing, and the potential for a paralysis rune being drawn under them to give her time to get away. She's- not in a good way for physical affection she's not prepared for or initiating.
Flirting: She'll reply in the driest, most sarcastic way possible to dissuade the entire matter. Other things that need doing, why are you even? No. Continued attempts if they seem sincere might fluster her- she hasn't had much experience in the tower with actual flirtation and- yeah. What do?
Further Intimacy: Oddly more comfortable with this than the hugging, kissing, or flirting but again, she should be the one to initiate and that's not gonna happen unless she's very comfortable with the other person in question and at least mildly intoxicated.
