Sounds like what I try to do with Sam already. Not super outspoken - he's not going to address all of Skyhold - but with friends and individuals he tries to set an example, or tries to help them work out their issue. Sam's pretty level headed so he's not really reckless, but there are times you have to be to protect, which would play into enduring to help.
